Shipping Information
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders of $90 or more. This free shipping option will automatically apply to eligible orders after discounts are applied (excluding taxes and shipping charges).
Flat-Rate Shipping
For orders under $90, we provide a $6.95 flat-rate standard shipping option. Expedited shipping options are available at the following rates:
- Two-Day Shipping: $19.95
- One-Day Shipping: $29.95

Processing Time
Shipping time is determined by the date the order is shipped. Most orders ship the following business day, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Expedited orders placed after 12:00 noon CST will ship the next business day, subject to item availability and payment verification.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s), which will be active within 24 hours. Deliveries do not require a signature and may be left at the location if no one is present. Please note that Enchanting Jewels US is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier issues, severe weather, natural disasters, or strikes.
Partial Shipments
Some items in your order may ship separately. However, you will never be charged more for shipping than the total shown at checkout.

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States, Washington DC, Hawaii, and Alaska.
